The Better Business Bureau’s mission is to help reliable, credible businesses succeed while shinning a spotlight on the unscrupulous businesses and scammers in the marketplace. When consumers begin with a BBB Reliability Report they “Start With Trust” when shopping with that business. For this reason the BBB of NELA would appreciate nominations for a “Trust Business Award” which not only includes reliability and credibility but also customer service. All three of these elements help create an outstanding business. This award will be given to a business each month that we receive nominations.
